Builder listings, handled.

MLS entry, price changes, and status updates for builder listing agents. Done correctly, on time, and off your plate.

If you're a builder's listing agent, you were chosen for your experience and your relationship with the builder. You were not chosen for your skill at data entry. But every new listing, price change, and status update still has to be done, and done right, because your name is on it.

That's the part I take over.

What I handle

From the first listing to the last status change, here’s the work I take off your plate:

  • New listing input. Every field, photo, virtual tour link, and builder-specific detail entered in the MLS accurately and on time.

  • Price changes. When the builder changes pricing or incentives, the MLS reflects it.

  • Status management. Active, Pending, Closed, and reactivations kept current through the life of each listing. This is the part you're accountable for, and it's easy to let slip when you're busy.

  • Tracking. A system that shows where every listing stands, so "where is that one?" has an answer in seconds. I run it, so you don't have to build or maintain one.

  • Reverse Prospecting lists. Provided for the builder's sales reps when they ask for them.

  • Weekly builder check-in. I can set up and host a weekly video call with the builder's sales reps to confirm that pricing and status are current. You don't have to chase anyone for updates.

Why agents work with me

The data entry stops being your problem. Nobody got into real estate to do data entry. Your strengths are the builder relationship, the deals, and the people. Hand the data entry to someone whose job it is.

Nothing drops. Your reputation with the builder is your biggest asset. Every listing task is tracked and checked, so a missed update never becomes a conversation with their sales team.

No system to build or maintain. The tracking, the records, and the follow-through come with the service. You don't set up spreadsheets, reminders, or folders.

Add volume without adding staff. A new community or a second builder doesn't mean a new hire, payroll, or training someone. The same service scales with your listings.

Let's talk about your listings.

Tell me roughly how many new listings you process each month and how you handle them today: yourself, a team member, or an outside service. I'll tell you honestly whether I can help, and what it would look like.

Pricing depends on your listing volume. I'll quote it once we've talked.
